Large Hall

We have a large hall available for hire which can accommodate up to 120 people – making it ideal for events such as conferences, group training or community activities for example.

Meeting Room

We also have a smaller room for hire, which is suitable for up to 20 people – if you’re looking for a great space for a meeting or workshop for instance.

You’re also welcome to hire both rooms of course, if you require a large space plus a smaller room for break-out sessions etc.

Refreshments/Lunch

If required, we can provide simple refreshments such as tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and fresh fruit or a full buffet lunch. As long as we have plenty of notice, we’re also happy to accommodate special dietary requests and requirements. Alternatively, you’re very welcome to plan your own catering of course.

Equipment

We can provide equipment such as a TV/DVD, overhead projector or flipchart/paper for your event. Both rooms also have WiFi so you’ll be able to connect to the internet. We’re also happy for you to bring your own equipment on request.

Creche

If you want to include parents and carers with young children why not provide them with childcare to make it easier for them to attend and enjoy your event? We have a wonderful on-site creche available for hire including a team of experienced and qualified creche staff. We’re also happy to tailor the creche facility to your particular needs. For instance, we can tailor the creche to children’s cultural or language requirements, or provide childcare for children with physical or learning disabilities. We’re also happy to plan special activities for children, such as Christmas arts and crafts or activities around a particular subject such as healthy eating.

To get the very best out of our fantastic facilities, please make sure you give us plenty of notice so we can fully accommodate your individual needs.
